The Opportunity

We're seeking an accomplished Sales & Lettings Director to join this ambitious estate agency at a pivotal time in their growth journey. Key Responsibilities

Strategic leadership and operational management of both sales and lettings divisions Development and implementation of business growth strategies Financial planning and performance monitoring Team leadership, including recruitment, training, and professional development Driving market share growth through innovative marketing and business development initiatives Maintaining exceptional service standards and compliance with industry regulations Conducting high–value market appraisals Contributing to budget preparation and financial forecasting Implementation of training programmes across all departments

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess

Proven track record in estate agency management, encompassing both sales and lettings Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities Outstanding leadership and team development skills Excellent communication and relationship–building abilities Comprehensive knowledge of the Leicester property market Experience in financial management and operational compliance Full clean UK driving licence Propertymark Level 3 or 4 qualification (preferred but not essential)
