Uncapped Commission Earnings - realistic OTE up to £60K.

42.5 Hour Contract * 5 Days a Week Only!!* Mon-Fri 10am-7pm * Sat 10am-6pm * Sun 10am-4pm

Love cars and a master of sales? Then look no further!! Working with one of the country's market leaders in automotive sale in the used car market.

As a Sales Controller, you will be highly motivated with overall responsibility of the performance of the site, with a high volume of customers generated by the telesales team, you will guide the team through the whole experience from start till finish.

General responsibilities:

Step up to the general manager responsibilities during absences from site

Review the performance of the sales team.

Guide the sales team with sold units and value-added products

Mentoring of sales team in closing the deal

Auditing deal presenter and subsequent opportunities

Audit financial documents to ensure compliance

Hitting and exceeding your monthly sales targets

To be considered you must have:

The ability to mentor others.

Leadership qualities with a passion to develop the team.

Outstanding customer service experience.

Keen eye for detail.

Have or be happy to train for FCA Accreditation.

Volume used car sale management experience.

Have pride in your appearance.This role offers you:

£30K salary plus uncapped commission
