Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant restaurant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will include assisting with food preparation, managing customer orders, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. A passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to food safety are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are noted.
Assist in food preparation while adhering to strict food safety standards.
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and kitchen spaces.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and service flow.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, providing solutions as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
Been able to work efficiently in a fast pace inviroment.
Strong understanding of food safety practices and hygiene standards.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being proactive in assisting others.
A positive attitude towards helping guests and enhancing their dining experience.
