Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a leading Housing Contractor in the West London area who are looking for a brand new Roofing Supervisor to join their team covering all Domestic Roofing projects in West London.

They are looking for an experienced Roofing Supervisor to oversee a team of supervisors and operatives covering all Domestic Roofing projects maintenance across the West London area.

Duties:

Management of the roofing contracts ensuring that all operatives are working efficiently and

productivelyEnsuring that suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out in accordance with the work

sheets given and in a timely manner meeting all contract KPI targetsLiaising with the customers and dealing with any queries or issues which may ariseEnsuring works are completed on time and to a high–quality standardEnsure all client's expectations are achievedEnsure that paperwork and reports are fully completed and submitted in–line with the Company

procedureOverseeing health and safety procedures are being adhered to on sitesBe jointly responsible for ensuring the workplace is tidy and safeTo complete time sheets and work sheets and reports as requiredAttend inspections where necessaryKey Knowledge:

Previous Social Housing roofing management experience requiredPrevious experience supervising working from heights / roofing projectsExperience working on reactive repairs, voids, or planned works projectsIT LiterateIf this sounds like a role that suits your profile, then feel free to get in touch.
