Job Title: Reward Manager (12m FTC)

Salary: GBP80-90,000pa + benefits

Location: London / hybrid

JGA are partnered with a fantastic professional services firm seeking a Reward Manager on a 12m FTC to start in Jan 2025.

Responsibilities:

Acting as the go-to contact for Reward policy. Providing advice to HR colleagues and the broader firm. Leading on operational delivery of annual salary and bonus review. Pay Gap Reporting in collaboration with ED&I teams. Innovation of benefits and Reward strategies. Skills required:
