As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you'll help us maintain our high standards day after day. From motivating your team to taking responsibility for the shop floor, you'll keep our store running like clockwork, thriving in a fast–paced and challenging environment. In return, we'll give you a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, plus an extra GBP2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and GBP3.50 per hour for night shifts, as well as a generous benefits package designed to support your well–being and life outside of Lidl.

What you'll do

Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company PrinciplesSwiftly solve problems and delegate tasks Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside youManage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store ManagerHandle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothlyGive our customers the very best experience every time they visit your store
