Retail Assistant

Five days a week (Monday to Saturday) working in an award-winning shop!

£23,000 - £24,000

Location - close to Holborn

We are working with a membership organisation based in Central London, who are seeking a Retail Assistant to join the team on a permanent, full time (35 hours a week) basis.

You will join well-established company, in unique industry so this will be fantastic opportunity to step into something different.

The main duties of the Retail Assistant role include:

Providing customer service to people that visit the shop

Fulfilling online orders

Picking and items ready for dispatch

Visual merchandising

Stock take and pricing

Supporting customers with sales enquiries and processing online transactions

The role would suit someone with previous retail experience, strong communication skills and an interest in working in a cultural/museum environment.

It would be advantageous if you have used Shopify before but it is not essential.
