Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Residential Surveyor to join the dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting Homebuyer Reports and Level 2/3 Surveys, offering expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the property buying process.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough Homebuyer Reports and Level 2/3 Surveys on residential properties. Assess property condition, identifying defects and areas of concern. Provide clear, concise, and professional reports for clients. Liaise with clients to discuss survey findings and offer expert advice. Stay updated with property market trends and regulations. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. Qualifications:

MRICS or equivalent qualification (or working towards). Proven experience in residential surveying, specifically Homebuyer Reports and Level 2/3 Surveys. Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
