My client is an established and successful independent, multi–branch Estate and Lettings Agency, who are looking to add a Residential Lettings Negotiator to their team at their Cheltenham office to aid their ambitious plans.

Register applicants, arrange and carry out property viewings, negotiate between landlords and applicantsPrepare and upload accurate property details, ensuring complianceGenerate new business opportunities through a variety of tasksAchieve/exceed personal targets and contribute to wider team targets Required Skills and Qualifications of the Residential Lettings Negotiator:

Excellent customer service skillsFirst–class written and spoken EnglishExperience of using a CRM systemFull UK driving license and use of appropriate car My client is offering a salary of GBP24,000 with OTE expected to be in excess of GBP30,000
