Conduct RICS Level 2 and Level 3 surveys. Thoroughly inspect properties to assess condition, identify issues, and estimate value. Prepare accurate and comprehensive survey reports. Deliver exceptional client service and build strong relationships. Stay up–to–date with property trends and regulations. Qualifications and Experience:

MRICS or AssocRICS Qualification. Minimum 2–3 years of experience conducting Level 2 and Level 3 Homebuyer Surveys. Excellent communication and writing skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Valid driving license and reliable vehicle.
