18 Recruitment is working with a a leading Social Housing Main Contractor to recruit for a Repairs Supervisor for their new contract. Role will be based in clients office in West London.

Duties;

To provide day to day, on site supervision of works carried out Ensuring all contract KPI targets are met Specifying of void properties Monitoring progress of the contract to ensure the completed works are correct and to the agreed standard Monitoring quality, safety and environment and promote a safety culture within the business Managing / liaising with a team of Supervisors, Administrators and Resident Liaison Officers to ensure contractual expectations are met along with responsibility for recruitment retention, training and development of employees Ensuring works are completed on time and to a high quality standard To complete time sheets and work sheets and reports as required Working as an integral team member as well as a mentor and coach to apprentices and colleagues Qualifications/Experience

SSSTS CSCS card Reactive maintenance supervisory experience Salary is dependant on experience.

Full driving licence will be required as will be travelling from location to location.

Company van is included for this role.
