About the Regulatory Advisor job

The purpose of your role will be to ensure provision of safe, honestly marketed food meets their legal, commercial and moral standards.

Key tasks

* Stay updated on current and emerging food legislation in the EU, Spanish-speaking countries, and other regions as needed.

* Advise members, clients, and colleagues on regulatory requirements, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of contract services.

* Contribute to research projects, regulatory publications, and recommend improvements to services, products, and systems.

* Continuously develop skills and build effective working relationships to enhance performance and professionalism.

About You

The successful candidate should possess a food science degree or a related subject, with a minimum of 1 years’ experience and knowledge of food law acquired in a commercial, enforcement or policy setting. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential to this role with the ability to read and interpret food law in Spanish speaking countries. Additional languages such as Portuguese and Italian would be an advantage.

* Excellent communication skills at all levels, both verbally and written.

* Be results and deadline driven.

* Experience of customer service and interaction with clients would be advantageous.

The Regulatory Advisor job (ref:8761) is based in Homebased and is paying £33,000 - £40,000 according to your experience.
