Job Title: Registered Nurse (RGN)

Hours: 26 hours per week (Day shifts)

Job Description:

They are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN) to join the team. The successful candidate will have an active and clear NMC pin and experience working in a care home setting. You will play a vital role in delivering personalized care, ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individual care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring residents' responses. Conduct regular assessments of residents' health and well-being. Collaborate with the care team to develop and update care plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care and resident progress. Support residents and their families, addressing any concerns or queries. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices. Qualifications:

Active and clear NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN). Previous experience in a care home or similar setting. Strong clinical and assessment skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Benefits:
