Registered Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ) - Mental Health Hospital

Salary - Up to GBP40,455 per annum + GBP5,000 welcome bonus

Location - Cardiff

Hours - Permanent, Full Time or Part time hours available ( options of 2, 3 or 4 shifts each week )

Shift Pattern - Mixed shifts required ( days nights and weekends on a rotational basis ) Day shifts - 07:30 - 19:45 Night shifts - 19:30 - 07:45

Summary

Appoint Healthcare are proud to partner with an extremely reputable leading national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs. Together we are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ) or an experienced Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse ( RNLD ) for their four-bedded, low secure service for adult males and females with personality disorders, learning disabilities or mental health issues based in Cardiff.

As a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse ( RNLD ) you will ensure all patients in this hospital receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.

Requirements

A relevant nursing qualification ( RMN or RNLD )A valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referralsEligibility to live and work in the UKA minimum of 6 months Mental Health experience as a nurse, in the UK.Strong team-working skillsA high level of self-motivation and a flexible approachA positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionateA commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
