Registered Manager – Ofsted

Gloucester

GBP45,000 – GBP55,000

Due to expansion my client is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to cover a residential service in Gloucester.

The service specialises in EBD.

As Registered Manager you will oversee the care planning process of children. Supervise the team in accordance with supervision policies, be an active and positive member of the management team and to lead the home through Ofsted Inspections. Other duties include but are not limited to:

To ensure that all recommendations from the Ofsted Inspection and, or Regulation 44 visits are implemented. To deliver on–call support To attend and contribute to supervision sessions and appraisal processes. To work in a safe manner and ensure that both the young people and the staff team are safe at all times As a registered manager, you must have:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) 1 years experience of management of a team. 2 years experience in a children s residential setting or in residential services. Full, clean UK driving licence An enhanced DBS certificate will be required upon appointment.
