Job Title: Registered Residential Home Manager

Location: West Midlands/East Midlands (Multi-location)

Salary: GBP45,000 - GBP55,000

Role Overview: As the Registered Residential Home Manager, you will lead the effective management of a residential home, specializing in meeting the unique needs of young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the home. Plan and deliver quality support to young people. Establish and maintain partnerships with stakeholders. Develop and manage a team of staff. Ensure compliance with legislation and regulations. Manage resources and administrative systems. Benefits:

Experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager in a children s home. Two years recent experience in children s residential care. Proficiency in therapeutic strategies for young people. Knowledge of Looked After Children (LAC) procedures. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent. Full manual driver s licence.
