A large healthcare group is currently recruiting a Regional Recruiter join their team working in their Glasgow service, 2 days a week, remotely the rest of the week.

Details of this Regional Recruiter position and what the service is offering:

A permanent contract working full time hoursShifts working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pmA fantastic annual salary from 25,000 to 28,000 depending on experience22 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (increasing to 25 days after 3 year's service)Occupational maternity pay, adoption pay & paternity payOccupational sick pay and death in service paymentAll the above subject to terms and conditionsAs Regional Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing/implementing recruitment plans/strategies including attracting and resourcing potential candidates at all times. You will also be responsible for posting adverts as required on social media and other available platforms.

Applicants for this Regional Recruiter position should meet the following criteria:

Good standard level of education required, no formal qualifications in HR or recruitment requiredExcellent customer service skills with evidence of putting the customer firstExcellent local knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques including social mediaFluent in English (verbal and creative written communication skills) and additional languages is adventurous
