We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Facilities Manager to oversee operations across the East of England. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management and maintenance of facilities, driving improvements in service delivery, and fostering a safe and productive environment for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate facilities operations across multiple sites in the East of England. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards. Develop and implement facilities management strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Liaise with external contractors and service providers to ensure high–quality service delivery. Monitor budgets and manage expenses related to facilities operations. Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and improve workplace experience. Qualifications:

Proven experience in facilities management, ideally within a corporate environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in budgeting and financial management. Knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices. Relevant qualifications in facilities management or related fields are desirable.
