Our Maidstone office is currently looking to welcome a Team Manager or Team Lead to their construction division in the trades team. This will be a billing team manager role and you will be playing a key role in driving and supporting consultants within the team covering various locations across the region.

We are open to your management background and we are open to hiring at team leader level all the way through to sector manager level, you will be allocated 2 team members or all the way up to 13 consultants.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Building and supporting the current teamManaging and billing a desk within constructionBuilding and maintaining strong, long-lasting client/candidate relationshipsStrategically managing existing accountsAttending education eventsTo be successful in this role you will:

Have experience in Recruitment ideally in the construction sectorEvidence of strong personal billingsStrong leadership and management skillsDisplay a business partnering approachExperience in coaching and developing a team of recruitersKnow the commercial importance of working with tight deadlines and strong processesHave excellent communication skills and capable of dealing with stakeholders at all levelsPossess the ability to work under pressureWhat you will get from us:
