Are you an experienced Staffing Manager looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting new opportunity at Jane Lewis for a Recruitment & Staffing Manager to run our new Business Centre in Taunton.

We are looking for a commercially driven individual to play a crucial role in our healthcare staffing operations across areas of Somerset, Gloucestershire & the Cotswolds.

Oversee business centre operations, ensuring smooth and efficient operationImproving market share and to become the go to provider for temporary healthcare staffing in the regionEngaging with new clients through direct business developmentTo drive performance and results, monitoring key metrics and implementing necessary improvements where requiredTo instil a high-performance culture that engages and motivates your team, ensuring morale is high and targets are achieved/celebratedTo practise a demonstrate and do attitude What we need from you in this role:
