We are seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as a Recruitment Resourcer

We specialize in providing high-quality staffing solutions to the driving industry, and we are looking for someone who can contribute to our ongoing success.

You will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process within our organisation. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill various positions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting suitable candidates for various job roles.Utilise various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.Screen and shortlist candidates through phone and face-to-face interviews, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific job roles.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market knowledge to effectively advise clients and candidates on recruitment strategies and opportunities. Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.High level of self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
