We have an exciting opportunity for someone looking to step into the world of recruitment! As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a vital part in finding, screening and matching candidates to our open vacancies for our busy Bristol office.

Working within the fast-paced world of recruitment, you will be fully briefed on the person requirements of the vacancy then utilising your tech savvy skills, you will search job boards for ideal candidates.

Your sparkling personality is sure to shine through when you telephone the candidates, having in depth conversations to find out their career goals and ascertain whether they could be the perfect match for the role.

As the backbone of the branch, you will manage the needs of our Temporary and Permanent candidates to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.

Previous work experience may have included

Working within a customer facing role or telephone customer services.

Playing a part with an in-house Talent Acquisition team

Previous Recruitment resourcing experience

Your skills

Excellent people skills

Able to hold conversations with people from a variety of different backgrounds

Empathetic, polite and considerate

A fast learner that is comfortable using the telephone and IT systems

Organised with good time management skills

Self-motivated and able to think on your feet when presented with challenges

What’s in it for you?

An annual salary of between £25,000 to £27,000 dependant on experience
