Senior Delivery Consultant - Farnborough

Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 (depending on experience)

What You'll Need:

Proven recruitment experience with a strong track record of building relationships with clients and candidatesIdeally educated to a degree level, although this is not essential as full training and support are providedStrong rapport-building and communication skills, both verbal and writtenConfidence, motivation, and a tenacious attitude to succeedCommercial awareness and excellent influencing skillsHighly organized and a great listener

The Role:

As a Senior Delivery Consultant, you will work closely with a Principal Consultant and leadership team to deliver top talent for niche industry clients. You'll be the main point of contact for candidates, guiding them through every step of the hiring process.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing the full candidate journey from application to post-placement careEngaging with candidates, qualifying them for roles, and maintaining an up-to-date candidate databaseWriting job adverts, qualifying candidates for interviews, and managing offer processesBuilding and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidatesMarket mapping to stay informed on trends within your sectorParticipating in weekly team meetings and sharing market insights with candidates
