This is a 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant role and you will be required to:

Generate new business via sales activity; including telephone and face–to–face meetings and networking.

Proactively source and engage high–calibre candidates within the technology and AI industry.

Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Manage the full recruitment process, including advertising roles, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews.

Develop new business opportunities and expand your client portfolio within the tech space.

Keep up–to–date with industry trends, ensuring the best match between candidates and job roles.

Essential skills & experience:

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the technology or AI sector.

A strong network of contacts in the technology industry.

Exceptional communication and relationship–building skills.

Ability to work in a fast–paced environment, managing multiple clients and vacancies at once.

A proactive approach to business development, focusing on client and candidate satisfaction.

Passion for the AI and technology space, with a deep understanding of market trends.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
