GBP28,000 - GBP40,000 + uncapped commission

This role is fully office-based, Monday to Friday, therefore right to work in the UK is a requirement.

Working hours:

Term time: 7:30 4:30/5:30

School holidays: Reduced hours: 8:30-3:30pm approx.

The role of a Recruitment Consultant:

Sales/business development with new and existing clients to win business from schoolsWorking with clients, identifying their needs and requirements to fill their vacanciesAttending client meetings, school visits, recruitment fairs and exposSearching for candidates through various tools, such as advertising, cv searching, referrals and utilising the CRMShortlisting CVs, contacting educators and interviewing face to face to build a pipeline of candidatesSupporting schools with educators on a temporary and permanent basisAssisting schools with emergency cover on a daily basis, filling bookings quicklyMaintain regular contact with your candidates and clients, building excellent lasting relationshipsCollaborate with Resourcers and compliance team to ensure candidates are fully cleared for workMaintain up to date industry knowledgeReviewing your performance to continually improve You need to be adaptable in recruitment as no two days are the same. The industry is exciting, fast-paced and requires somebody with a lot of resilience, enthusiasm and energy.
