GBP24,000 to GBP28,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (GBP40,000 to GBP60,000 OTE)

We have a number of opportunities for professional, sales driven individuals to join our established technical recruitment consultancy in Poole.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will develop, grow and lead on Construction, Engineering or Technology recruitment.

Our success is based on hard work and the ability to deliver. For the right individual, who can demonstrate professionalism, dedication and the drive to succeed, combined with an honest and ethical approach, the possibilities and scope for future development are significant.

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying and contacting prospective candidates. Developing accounts and client relationships. Attending sector specific events and client meetings. Creation of adverts and managing candidate response. Client business development and networking. Vacancy specific project work. Interviewing, short listing and presenting candidates to clients. Market research. Experience & Qualifications:

Previous recruitment experience in technical or professional markets. A strong academic record, with a degree qualification. Proactive, focused, and able to adapt personal sales skills to new niche market sectors. Excellent business development skills. Reliable, honest and trustworthy. Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. An interest in science, technology, engineering and mathematics About Us:
