The beautiful offices are situated centrally on Colston Avenue and you must be a car driver with access to your own vehicle.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant in Bristol will include:

New Business Development and Client growthProduce vacancy and booking profiles alongside well written adverts to attract the best talentAdequately source and select applicants, match to roles available and potential future talent pipelineWorking to KPI's and understanding of your sales pipelineProduction, implementation and execution of basic sales plansUnderstand market share, competitors, opportunities, pipeline contingency, pricing, future actions and control mechanisms to ensure you are achieving budget expectationsContinual increase of productivity and sales activity to achieve year on year growth of sales revenue, margins and profit ensuring an exceptional fulfilment rate for client service levels working as a 360 Recruitment ConsultantRegular weekly client visits and therefore ideally you will be a driver with access to your own vehicleBusiness to Business Sales and Business Development calls and face to face visitsBest practise administration and record keeping
