Role Overview:

For Experienced Recruitment Consultants:

Basic Salary: £26,000 - £28,500.

First-Year Earnings: £28,000 - £31,500 (including commission).

For Entry-Level Candidates (No Recruitment Experience Required):

Starting salary of £24,250, increasing to £26,000 after a year, and £28,500 after two years (with satisfactory reviews). First-year on-target earnings up to £27,000 with commission.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Client Interaction: Visit new and existing clients to understand their needs.

Temporary worker Selection: Identify and assess candidates to match client requirements.

High-Quality Service: Ensure delivery of services aligns with company values.

Sales Targets: With support, work towards achievable sales goals.

Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm with a one-hour lunch break.
