Pertemps Manchester have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team in Trafford Park. This position will focus on developing relationships with candidates and clients seeking temporary positions across greater Manchester.

Pertemps Manchester are looking for someone who has previous experience in customer service, sales, retail or hospitality. This opportunity would be perfect for someone who is ambitious, driven and looking to develop and hone their skills with the support of the UK’s largest independent recruitment agency. Whilst we are open to applications from candidates with varying experience levels, we would also welcome candidates that have previous exposure to the recruitment industry. Working hours; Monday to Friday, 8am-5:00pm.

Role Responsibilities

Grow and maintain new relationships with clients to develop new business opportunities.

Advertise roles by posting jobs onto job boards and social media sites.

Manage multiple open job vacancies at the same time.

Sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to determine suitability.

Attend visits to client sites to gain valuable insights into how their business works.

Direct sales activity such as calls, email marketing campaigns and networking events.

What’s in it for you

Base salary of between £25,000-£29,000 based on experience*.

Uncapped commission

32 days annual leave (including bank holidays) increasing by one day each year

16-week training program teaching basic to advanced recruitment techniques
