The Overview Job Title: Recruitment and HR Administrator Salary: 24,000 - 26,000 Location: Heckmondwike Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm Your typical day: Advertising vacancies by drafting and postings adverts.Use social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships.Arrange and attend recruitment fairs and other events to enable the company to become the "employer of choice" for those seeking roles in their industry.Receive & Review CV's and applications and creating a shortlist based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics.Organising interviews for candidates at a time suitablePrepare offer letters, contract terms and conditions in consultation with HR.Compliance for recruitment of employees and administration including overseeing reference requests, DBS checks, application documentation.Verifying information from new and potential employees.Recruiting apprentices and candidatesReviewing recruitment policiesArranging inductions for new staffSupport the HR function with minute taking for meetings and general HR administration.What are we looking for?
