Job Title: GP Practice Receptionist - Locum

Location: South West London

Position: Temporary (Ongoing) with an opportunity to secure a permanent role.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM / 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (flexible)

Rate: GBP14.50 - GBP17.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Start Date: November 2023 (ASAP)

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced GP Practice Receptionist for a locum position in South West London. The successful candidate will support the practice with administrative tasks and provide excellent patient service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage patient appointments and enquiriesMaintain patient records and documentation using DocmanEnsure smooth daily operations of the reception areaHandle telephone calls and direct them appropriatelyAssist with administrative tasks as needed Requirements:

Previous experience as a receptionist, ideally within a GP practiceProficient in using Docman softwareStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexibly within the provided hours Benefits:
