The Quality Supervisor helps ensure the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance within food manufacturing operations. This role is critical in maintaining product quality, overseeing quality assurance processes, and leading a team of QAs to meet regulatory and company standards.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily quality activities on the production floor, ensuring adherence to quality standardsSupport the Quality Manager in attain all technical and quality targetsImplement and monitor HACCP, GMPs, and other food safety programs to ensure compliance with food safety standardsEnsure the proper calibration, maintenance, and verification of equipmentCoordinate with the Production team to resolve quality–related issues promptlyEnsure all quality and food safety documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal and external audit requirementsParticipate in and support third–party, customer, and internal auditImplement KPIsRequirements:
