Connect Appointments have an exciting new opportunity for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Rosyth–based client on a full–time permanent basis!

Working across a variety of mechanical products including motors and generators, the successful Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for:

Conducting in–depth quality inspections during numerous stages of manufacturingCompleting and updating relevant paperwork and documentationProducing key reports for different stakeholdersFault–finding and subsequent repairsContributing to the improvement of internal processesComplying with set standards within the manufacturing and repair processesThe ideal Quality Assurance Engineer will have at least 5 years of experience within a QC/QA position, along with:

HNC in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalentPrevious experience working to standards including IEEE, NEMA, ISO 9001The ability to interpret drawings and specificationsExcellent problem–solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication skillsCould this be the opportunity for you?
