Public Relations Officer

Part Time 2.5 days 18.5 hours a week

Temporary – ongoing

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an experienced Public Relations Officer to join a social housing organisation on a temporary basis

Responsibilities of the Public Relations Officer

Create and manage a bank of case studies which promote services and projects across the organisations and amplify the customer voice, to support with wider communications and influencing activityAssist with the coordination/arrangement of PR and stakeholder engagement events and photo opportunitiesLiaise with the necessary internal colleagues and external partners on the sign off of all content producedLiaise with key suppliers – photographers, videographers, creative agencies, printers etcMonitor media coverage and produce weekly and monthly evaluation reports

Essential for the Public Relations Officer:

Track record of developing and sustaining effective working relationships with colleagues at varying levels of seniorityA good understanding of effective media relationsA record of demonstrable achievement in a similar roleGood understanding of social media channels and how to use themif you feel this role may be suited to you then please don't hesitate to give Shannon Netting a call in our Derby Office
