Job Title - Mortgage and Protection Administrator

Salary - £25k-27.5k + Commission

Location - Skelmersdale

Company

We are working with a multi award winning company based in Halifax who are looking for a mortgage and protection administrator to join their team in Skelmersdale. They deal mainly with new build investments, BTL, bridging and development finance. The company has access to high tech sites that can act as a comparison site for customer ease.

Some Duties for the Mortgage and Protection Administrator;

Completing administration of protection applications from start to finish

Conducting fact finds

Booking appointments in with the advisors

Reaching out to existing clients to generate new business

Taking daily direction and guidance from the Protection AdvisorsSkills required for the Mortgage and Protection Administrator;

Administration experience in the protection/mortgage sector is necessary

Great verbal and written communication

Good telephone manner - much of the role will involve speaking to clients

Confidence and enthusiasm!Benefits as a Mortgage and Protection Administrator;

25-27.5k Basic + commission

No weekends
