Property Valuer/Lister required for our client located in Rainham, a professionally recognised estate agency. The Property Valuer/Lister will be responsible for managing the day–to–day lettings process and running morning meetings and coaching sessions as necessary

The Property Valuer/Lister will ideally have an ability to successfully list a targeted number of properties, advising and helping our Landlords to let their Properties for the best price and with the best service and support possible

Property Valuer/Lister Remuneration

Basic Salary: GBP23,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 4 months)

On Target Earnings: GBP35,000

Car Allowance: GBP2,500 OR Company Car

5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

Holiday Commission

33 days paid Holiday + an extra day off for your birthday

Property Valuer/Lister Requirements

• Previous experience in a real estate

• Minimum of 6 Months prior valuations & listing experience in a similar role

• A full driving license

• Great customer service and leadership skills

• Strong work ethic
