PROPERTY MANAGER Residential Lettings & Property Management

Location: Havant, PO9

Salary: GBP32k (dependent on experience and industry qualifications)

Position: Permanent Full Time

Our client, a highly successful and thriving Estate & Lettings Agency with offices throughout Hampshire is looking to recruit a Property Manager to join their professional team based at their Havant office.

The ideal candidate for this job will be part of a strong team that are responsible for managing a large portfolio of properties across the local area, so previous experience in all aspects of the property management is essential.

You will be dealing with maintenance issues, negotiating renewals, tenancy deposits, and liaising with all relevant parties throughout the process including tenants, landlords and contractors, so the ability to be persuasive but friendly and helpful is essential.

This is not a training role, so our client will only consider candidates who have previously worked in property management.
