Vacancy: PROPERTY MANAGER Residential Estate Agency

Location: Chatham, ME4

Salary: GBP28k

Position: Permanent Full Time

A highly successful, local independent Estate & Lettings agency are looking to recruit a Property Manager within their Property Management departmentto help manage their substantial portfolio of properties.

The perfect candidate for this role will have a natural diplomacy and will be decisive when faced with difficult problems; you will also need to be highly organised and be able to prioritise your workload as you will be assisting with managing the residential property portfolio.

Most importantly, you will need to maintain the first–class customer service to Landlords and Tenants that the company prides itself on.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, articulate individual with the right attitude and work ethic who is keen to develop their property management skills.

Previous experience in Residential Lettings is essential and a candidate with Tenancy Management and Property Management skills would be essential.
