This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is experienced in Residential Property Management; organised, methodical and industrious with an ability to prioritise.

Our client is seeking a Property Manager for a position at their established independent Estate & Lettings Agency and in their Property Management office in the Oxford area.

If you are looking for a new position with a well–known local brand that has an excellent reputation and strong local presence, then this could be for you.

You will need have a great track record in Residential Property Management.

You will be articulate, well–spoken, a real people person; be able to build and maintain relationships with Landlords and Tenants; show empathy and understanding and you must be able to problem solve effectively whilst staying calm under pressure.

In return, our client is offering a competitive salary package (subject to experience and qualifications).
