Job Role - Property Manager

Location - Solihull

Salary - Up to GBP35,000 + Car Allowance + OTE

An experienced professional. Our client is seeking an individual with experience in a similar property management role and the ability to form excellent professional relationships. Someone with an eye for detail.

Property is a fast-paced sector, so they are looking for an individual who can work quickly and accurately on our IT systems, with excellent spelling and grammar. An engaging communicator and someone who can build excellent rapport with both their residents and their clients, ensuring they receive exceptional customer service.

You will possess or be working towards your a professional property qualification.

Manage a portfolio of properties in Solihull Manage the full property cycle Set initial yearly budgets Provide exceptional customer service Manage all resident and client enquiries Attend resident meetings Conduct regular site inspections Ensure that all properties comply with health and safety regulations A minimum of 2 years experience within the property environment A good understanding of the property market and relevant legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. The ability to work well under pressure and to meet targets and deadlines. A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges and to continuously improve. What s in it for you?
