New job for a Property Manager in Cambridge.

Trusted for customer service excellent you ll support the team managing a shared portfolio, dealing with the full rental process from inventory, check ins and check outs.

Dealing with property admin, handling problems during the tenancy and managing repairs. You ll also conduct quarterly inspections and liaise with landlords and tenants on action required.

A people person and Property Manager who can build strong relationships with landlords, reporting on maintenance, compliance, recommending upgrades, accounts and organising work.

With a portfolio in and around Cambridge you ll need local knowledge of the area.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for customer service, property management and prior experience in a similar Property Manager role for at least 18 months to be considered.
