Responsibilities

Portfolio Management: Oversee the day–to–day management of residential and commercial properties within Greater Manchester.Tenant Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction.Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of properties, identifying maintenance needs and coordinating repairs promptly.Lease Administration: Manage lease agreements, renewals, rent reviews, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Financial Management: Monitor property budgets, collect rent payments, and manage expenditure to optimise property performance.Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on property status, financial performance, and tenant relations.

Requirements

Experience: Proven experience in property management, ideally with exposure to both residential and commercial properties.License and Car: Must possess a valid driving license and have access to a car for property inspections and client meetings.Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.Problem–Solving: Effective problem–solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues promptly.Knowledge: Understanding of property management regulations and best practices.
