We're seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our Brighton based client's team!

You will be managing a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed–use properties along the South Coast.

This role is perfect for a Property Manager who thrives in a fast paced environment and is passionate about delivering a great service!

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage property finances and budgets.Build strong relationships with landlords and leaseholders.Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance.Coordinate maintenance and contractor services.Prepare reports and attend key meetings.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in residential and mixed–use property management.Strong customer service and communication skills.Solid understanding of building maintenance and legislation.Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
