A growing property company is looking for an ambitious, organised, and proactive individual for the position of Deal Sourcer. The primary responsibilities include actively sourcing attractive investment opportunities, analysing investment potential, and packaging the top proposals for presentation to investors in the form of a Deal Pack.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing investment opportunities in the real estate market Building and maintaining relationships with agents, brokers, and property owners Analysing potential investments for profitability and risk Evaluating offers for alignment with the company's investment guidelines Preparing reports, analyses, and Deal Packs for presenting to investors Requirements:

Experience in a similar role or within the real estate industry is an advantage Knowledge of the real estate market and investment potential is an advantage Excellent analytical and negotiation skills Independence, proactiveness, and commitment to achieving goals Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously Efficiency and effectiveness in computer tasks Strong command of English (mandatory) Experience working within remote teams is a plus We Offer:
