Description

As a Property Customer Service Advisor you will be assisting the department and cases for clients who are moving property.

You will be handing calls from the client and third parties to progress the case and chase up documentation and information required for the process.

The role will be very fast paced ensuring service level agreements are exceeded and a high standard of client care is provided!

Profile

No direct experience required the business would love to hear from candidates who have worked within hospitality and retail and will look at transferable skills!

Exceptional customer service and thrive from working within a busy environment

Good organisation skills and able to prioritise high volumes of work

Able to build and maintain excellent working relationships

An excellent team player

Job Offer

Salary of £22308+ no experience required full training provided+ excellent progression and development opportunities+ sponsorship of further education and qualifications+ central Leeds+ no shift patterns or weekends+ Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm+ hybrid working+ excellent on site facilities and offices+ collaborative team and environment+ immediate start and interview available
