To support the Head of Property and Asset Management (HPAM) in the leadership of the team so as to support the Council's Plan and deliver against the Asset Management Plan for the authority. This will include the following:

Providing management and leadership to the Property and Asset Management team to ensure effective and efficient management of both the Corporate and Housing portfolios of the Council.

To work with the HPAM to develop new opportunities in line with the Council's Plan
