g2 are working with a client based in South Wales that require a Project Surveyor for an initial 6-month contract.

The role will be a mixture of remote and on-site working so the ideal candidate would need to be local and have access to a vehicle.

Essential Skills

Experience managing projects from inception to completion - projects can range from £100k to £5m.

Carrying out site surveys.

Preparing specifications

Preparing tender documents.

Worked in a Housing Association.

CDM Requirements.

Contract Administration

Rate: Negotiable

Contract: 6-Months

Location: South Wales

Start Date: ASAP
