Crem recruitment are working with our client based on the outskirts of Mildenhall as they look for a competent Production team leader who can manage the immediate needs of the production operation requirements in terms of safety, performance, processes, people issues and work-flow. Duties:

- Responsible for overall production planning.

- Provide support for Operational and Office Teams.

- Support all Health and Safety rules and regulations.

- Maintain Quality standards.

- Support Warehouse Team to ensure efficient and accurate service levels

- Efficient and safe operation of warehouse production, processes and machines.

- Provide support and regular updates to Management Team.

Role Requirements

- 2 years previous experience with Warehouse/Production Management

- Microsoft Systems at intermediate level (Word and Excel)

- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills.

- Proven people management skills

- Safety and Quality System awareness

- Proven production planning experience

- Strong work ethic with meticulous attention to detail

This is a temporary to permanent role working 4 days a week, Tuesday – Friday 6am -4pm. Overtime may be required at busy periods.

Due to the client’s location applicants must have access to their own transport.
