Just Recruitment is working with a global manufacturing business, based on the outskirts of Halstead.

They are looking to add a Production Supervisor to their busy team – on a 6 month fixed term contract basis.

The key purpose of this role is to supervise production lines, ensuring the processes run smoothly and meet all company quality standards. You will be required to supervise and motivate the rest of the team.

Working closely with the production manager and wider business team – you will lead problem solving initiatives, tackle challenges, manage staffing levels and adhere to budget restrictions, as well as ensuring a safe and clean environment is maintained.

In order to be successful, you will must be passionate about production and manufacturing – with a track record of managing a small team.

Working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 07:15am – 16:15pm.
