Job Title: Production Operative

Location: Whittington, Kings Lynn

Pay £12.38 per hour

Monday - Friday - 06.30AM/07.30AM - 15:00PM/16:00PM

Temp To Perm, Full Time

Industry: Manufacturing and Production

Responsibilities:

Carry out production tasks efficiently and accurately to meet production targets.

Operate machinery and equipment safely, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Ensure all production materials and equipment are prepared and ready for use.

Monitor and inspect product quality to maintain high standards.

Assist with product packaging and labelling as required.

Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot production issues and implement improvements.

Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the production process.

Follow standard operating procedures and maintain clean and organised work areas.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role but not essential.

Ability to follow instructions and operate machinery safely.

Attention to detail and a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.

Able to handle manual tasks.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
